Price difference in phones?

My current dream phone (the I9000 Samsung Galaxy S) costs about $600 (cheapest I can find).
A newly announced inferior phone (spec wise) the Desire Z costs almost the same because of an extra full QWERTY keyboard built in.
Older models? About the same price range as well such as the SE-X10 and others alike.

My choice of phones depends heavily right now on the fact that the phone should have a QWERTY keyboard and the latest android OS.... So expensive.... I need a job. Which reminds me, I gotta get my resume ready for Tuesday.

Sad and embarrassed to be called a 'Malaysian'

..... especially with all these racism bullshit going on during the Merdeka (independence) month

Racism in Malaysia (again)

http://www.themalaysianinsider.com/malaysia/article/khairy-cites-example-of-namewees-racism/

The article above from Umno Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin about the singer Namewee, mention that the principal of the recent racist remarks where she announced during a school assembly that
"“Chinese students are not needed here and can return to China or Foon Yew schools. For the Indian students, the prayer string tied around their neck and wrist makes them look like dogs because only dogs are tied like that"

should be punished but it is by no means necessary for Chinese/Indians/other minorities to retaliate with racism.

An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.

....but the question remains, why haven't the authorities done anything about the principal but instead went to find Namewee at his doorstep?

Merdeka 2010

Last year it was the cow stomping, this year the principal incident.... over 50 years of independence and living with one another and these racism stuff still surfaces. There are other problems more important (eg. baby dumping) to deal with right now and we don't need to fight amongst ourselves.

Selamat Hari Merdeka.

Update :
Apparently the news right now in Malaysia is focusing on the arrest of Namewee because of a rap video he made voicing his opinions on the racist principal. People are beginning to question that the principal incident was brought to light for about 2 weeks but Namewee's video was only out for a few days yet the police reacted swiftly trying to arrest Namewee for questioning rather than the principals who incite racism.

Another incident (unsure if this is true) regarding the Merdeka celebrations in Malaysia at night where a group of teenage Malays ganged up on some chinese kicking them and injuring them before just walking away... According to the victim, the police didn't care and the assailants laughed and gave a remark "balik negara asal.. (go back to your home country)"...
In my opinion, THIS (Malaysia) is my home country. I was born and raised here. I grew up in Malaysia.
