The Hunt for Ramen 2014

Referring to the blogpost above, I've already tried 4 out of 7 in the list. 3 more to go.

1. Ippudo Ramen @ Pavillion/Gardens/BSC
2.  Menya Musashi @ 1 Utama
3. Bankara @ Avenue K
4. Marutama Ramen @ Fahrenheit/ Avenue K
5. Hokkaido Ramen @ Pavillion
6. Bari Uma @ Jaya Shopping Centre
7. Taiko Japanese Cuisine @ Mont Kiara

Only ones left to try are, Hokkaido Ramen, Taiko Japanese and Marutama Ramen. Hopefully I can get it done before the turn of the new year.

Ippudo was often the go to place for ramen followed by Menya Musashi which comes a close second and because of their cheaper price for the quality of ramen you get.
Bankara's ramen was average but that was because I tried their signature dish instead of the tonkotsu which were the staple for Ippudo and Menya Musashi. They have fresh garlic and other condiments available on the table for you to add on. Certainly changes the flavor of the broth.
Bari Uma was average as well, nothing memorable worth noting for me.

Weird Dreams ? : Auto Correct

Had an annoying/ frustrating dream of a battle with auto correct when I was trying to type "Curry puffs".
So this tourist wanted to know what this curry filled cookie was called and I decided to look it up over the internet for him on my phone.
Proceeding to type it on my phone, it kept auto correcting itself from 'Curry puff' to...

Procury bluffs
Curyr pufs
blurry
furry
1@$!@%^!@^%@#$@@#$^*!@#$

And when I've finally got "curry" right, pressing space changes it to "Curyr" and the whole process repeats itself again.
The tourist was still standing there bewildered at me tapping on my phone. Pressured, I kept trying, to no avail...
