After 4 months, I'm finally back. What happened? I'd rather not explain.
Apparently, there's a MSN messenger virus/spyware going around sending links to random websites to everyone in your contact list if you were to be infected.
So, what caused this?
1) You installed a malicious software/plugin for MSN
2) You clicked on the link and installed the software from the link thus infecting yourself
3) A friend sent you a file and you accepted it without thinking. That file happened to be a virus
How to fix this?
Install the three programs below (They're all free)
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/ (AVG anti virus FREE)
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/download-free-anti-rootkit/us/frt/0 (AVG anti-rootkit FREE)

If non of the above works. You'll have to start using google and search for other solutions.
How to prevent this?
1) Don't be so gullible. Just because they are your friends, be certain of what they're sending you
2) Don't install random plugins for MSN. MSN is already good the way it is....
3) Don't accept everything your friend sends you without asking him/her what it is.
4) ALWAYS ask what your friend is sending to you before you click/ accept anything
That's it for now... back to finishing off my homework..

Check the website above for more help.
A rundown of what's in that link above :
-It's not a virus. Apparently you've been stupid enough to type in your msn username and password to a website/someone/etc and now it's using your information to sign in to your msn messenger using a bot to send the links to your contact lists.
-TO FIX THIS, change your password and don't be so gullible next time
