After hearing so much about this movie I decided to watch it. The movie being shot in the 1980s uses mostly props and seem very low budget. I can see strings pulling, soft grounds and some decently made backgrounds. That isn't the point though I'm trying to point out.
According to some, it's one of the funniest film ever. I did not find the movie funny... could be because the movie was aimed at children or because the jokes all in the cheap production of the movie.
