Asian countries with the HIGHEST CORRUPTION PERCEPTION INDEX (CPI) SCORE year 2009!
1) Indonesia .. corruption score : 8.32
2) Thailand .. corruption score : 7.63
3) Cambodia .. corruption score : 7.25
4) India .. corruption score : 7.21
5) Vietnam .. corruption score : 7.11
6) Phillipine .. corruption score : 7.00
7) MALAYSIA .. corruption score : 6.70
while corruption score for Singapore is almost 0!!.. this is one big reason why Malaysia so hard to a be developed country

Ala.... Malaysia corruption rate is definitely not 6.70. The research team that found this figure has been corrupted! hahahaha~
Btw, this might not be the reason why Malaysia develops slower than others.
There are a lot of restrictions due to race. Quotas. Government. Citizen. All sort of things. etc.
one of the reasons lar... If leaders give bad example, the followers will follow/ retaliate.
