The future of 3D

3D technology has been booming since the release of James Cameroon's AVATAR.
Major electronics company are showcasing a new lineup of home 3D entertainment.
3D enabled TV, 3D enabled players, 3D games (the REAL 3D games that actually pop out of the screen not those 2D/3D stuff), 3D game consoles, etc.

One thing most of these have in common, they require you to wear 3D glasses. From what I've seen , most of these glasses aren't compatible or doesn't seem compatible for those who are already wearing glasses. Surely that will be fixed sometime soon. But what I wanted to say regarding this topic is... in a few years time, I can picture EVERYONE wearing these 3D glasses almost 24/7.
Everywhere you look there will be 3D TVs showing advertisements instead of the usual posters and billboards... 3D globalization...
