1MDB or the 1 Malaysia Developement Bhd was made by our PM Najib to provide additional 500 scholarships to students scoring 8As in SPM and above to study in local universities.
I didn't notice it at first until I saw their logo... it bears no similarities except the 1MDB part to the IMDB, Internet Movie Data Base.
