Internet censorship in Malaysia

The interwebz in Malaysia is provided for people to gain knowledge. This year, Malaysian ISPs has banned porn sites and even file sharing sites. Indirectly, they're getting people to learn(gain knowledge) how to beat/bypass the system.

And it was stated in one of the bill of rights... that the government will not censor the internet... JUKED!!
