Enjoy surfing the internet~
To those that joined the "SONY PLAYSTATION3 GIVEAWAY PROMOTION" group, notice the steps, specifically part 2,
2) On the bottom left of this page there is a little button that says "Share"... Click it, and hit "Share" when it pops up. This allows the Dislike feature to be used on all of your friends' pages.
Seems like a scam to me.
"Dislike button" ? A VERY bad copy and paste. By the way, the Dislike button is a scam too.
Not to mention the rule where you have to invite ALL your friends in order to access a very sketchy website to register. (How is it supposed to know you sent it?)
Do yourselves and all your friends who aren't interested a favor. STOP FALLING FOR SCAMS SUCH AS THESE.
Such scams send spam to your friends; on facebook, on msn, emails and etc. Even worse, it can wipe out everything on your computer by means of a virus.
How about the "I WON'T PAY $$$ TO USE FACEBOOK" group?
Where in the world did you hear that facebook's starting to charge? Do you believe everything on the internet because it is? If a Nigerian prince emailed you that he is going to send you $1million to your bank account will you give him all your bank information? (Well someone was dumb enough to fall for it. Go look it up).
I could've blogged this but instead I'll leave it up here for everyone to read.
PS : If you're a victim of such scams and your peers start asking why you're sending malicious and suspicious links to them,
STOP falling for these scams in the first place
READ my blog and search for 'MSN virus' for more information
CHANGE your password. That should stop bots from sending spam to your friends.
