Right now, my whole body's aching. It's taking alot of strength just to stand up or get out of bed. Why is this happening?
Friday night :
-Played basketball for the first time after a long break
-Partied abit
Saturday night :
- Went skiing (though legs was feeling fatigue)
Sunday :
-Did nothing but felt no aches or pain yet
Monday :
The result of the weekend finally appears....
